You hold the last stretch a little longer than you meant to. By the time you sit up, the sweat across your back has gone cold, the heat in the room is off, and your car is twelve minutes away on foot.
That gap is what this garment dyed sweatshirt exists to close. The Folding Fox print sits on a Comfort Colors crewneck at 9.5 oz/yd² — heavy enough to trap warmth the moment it goes over your head, cut loose enough to pull on over a damp top without dragging on your skin.
What does garment dyed mean
The sweatshirt is cut and sewn first, then dropped into the dye as a finished piece. Color soaks through the seams and the thread instead of sitting on flat fabric, and it settles a shade unevenly, which is why no two bodies come out identical.
It also means the shirt has already done its shrinking and softening in the dye bath, so the way it feels in your hands today is the way it feels in six months. The dyes are OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, so the fabric against your skin on the ride home has been tested for harmful substances.
What you are getting
- 9.5 oz/yd² fleece — real weight. It holds heat through a cold parking lot and doesn’t go see-through when your shoulders are still wet.
- 80% ring-spun cotton, 20% polyester — ring-spun yarn is combed smooth before spinning, so there’s no scratch at the collarbone, and the polyester keeps the body from going shapeless at the hem.
- Relaxed fit — you can sit cross-legged, fold forward, or tuck your knees up without the front riding into your stomach.
- Sewn-in twill label — nothing printed and crackling at the nape of your neck when you tip your head back.
- S to 3XL — take one size up if you want the oversized, longer-through-the-hip look over leggings.
- Folding Fox design — a quiet print, readable up close, not a logo shouting across the room.

The honest part about a garment dyed sweatshirt
Color varies. Two of these ordered together can land a hair apart in depth, and your piece may read slightly lighter or deeper than the photo on your screen. The first wash or two will let go of loose surface pigment, so keep it away from white towels early on. There are no pockets. And at 9.5 oz it’s genuinely warm, too warm to wear through a heated class. If you need an exact color match across a set, or a thin layer you can keep on while you move, buy something lighter instead.
Who this is for
For you if you want one heavy, soft, broken-in crewneck to throw on the second practice ends and keep on for the rest of the evening. Not for you if you want crisp, uniform color or a sweatshirt you can train in.
Care
Wash cold, inside out, separately for the first two or three washes. Tumble dry low or hang it. Skip the bleach, and skip fabric softener, which dulls the print.
Shipping is free across the United States: 2–7 business days to print, then 2–5 days to reach you. If it arrives misprinted or damaged, send one photo within 14 days and we replace it. Add it to your cart and pick your size.
