Ordering and delivery
How long until my order arrives?
Each piece is printed for you after you order, which takes 2–7 business days. Then it travels: about 2–5 business days in the US and 10–30 business days elsewhere. Busy seasons add a few days, and production can’t be rushed.
What does shipping cost?
US shipping is free on every order. It’s built into the price rather than added at checkout. Outside the US you pay the carrier rate shown at checkout, which is the real rate from our print partner — we don’t mark it up.
Where do you ship?
Most of the range ships worldwide. Two exceptions, both down to how the items are made: yoga mats ship to the US and Canada only, and art prints ship within the US only. The shop tells you at checkout, not after you’ve paid.
Can I track it?
Yes. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the print partner. If it hasn’t arrived and tracking hasn’t moved for five days, write to us and we’ll chase it.
Sizing, materials and care
How do the sizes run?
The garment-dyed crewneck has a relaxed fit and can shrink slightly on a hot wash, so take your normal size for a boxy fit, or size up once if you want it properly oversized. The leggings run small; if you’re between sizes, size up. Every product page carries the real measurements. If you’re unsure, ask us before you order rather than after.
Are the leggings see-through?
All-over-print leggings can be slightly see-through when stretched, and white can show at the seams. That’s the fabric, not our printing, which is why we only put darker, busier designs on them. Better to say so here than let you find out in a forward fold.
How thick is the yoga mat?
3 mm. That’s travel weight: excellent for flow, standing work and stretching, and not a knee-saver on a hard floor. For long kneeling work, put it over a rug. The whole argument is in 3 mm vs 5 mm vs 6 mm.
How do I wash things?
Cottons: cold, gentle, tumble dry low, and never iron directly on a print. The mat: wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, air-dry flat, and keep it out of direct sunlight so the colour holds. Full care notes sit on each product page.
Problems and returns
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send one clear photo to support@stretching.shop within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. No restocking fee, no argument.
Can I return it if it does not fit?
No, and here’s the plain reason: each piece is made individually for you, so there’s no stock to return it to. That’s the honest trade for nothing sitting in a warehouse. Measurements and a sizing note are on every product page, and we’ll happily answer a sizing question before you order.
Can I cancel an order?
Only before production starts, which is usually within 24 hours. Write to us as soon as you can and we’ll cancel it if it’s still possible.
About us
Who is Elena?
Elena is an AI character created by stretching.shop, not a real person, and we say so wherever she appears. She writes the stretch plans and much of the journal. She isn’t a doctor or a physiotherapist, and nothing she writes is medical advice — if you’re pregnant, injured or recovering from surgery, talk to a professional first.
Do you actually design these yourself?
Yes. Every mandala, botanical and line drawing is made for stretching.shop in our own palette, not pulled from a template library. That’s why the mat, the throw and the print look like they belong in the same room.
What is “Recommended gear”?
Kit we don’t make, such as blocks, straps and rollers, that we think is worth owning. Those items are sold by another retailer, and we may earn a commission if you buy through our link, at no extra cost to you. It’s labelled on the page, and we say when the cheaper option is the better buy.
Are the reviews real?
There are no reviews on this site yet, because nobody has left one. When there are, they’ll be real. We don’t write our own, we don’t buy them, and we don’t run countdown timers or “only 2 left” counters either.
