Made to order
Every stretching.shop piece is printed for you after you order it, by our print partners in the United States. Nothing is sitting on a shelf, so each order takes a few days to make before it ships.
Shipping costs
- United States: standard shipping is free on every order.
- Other countries: you pay the shipping rate shown at checkout, before you place your order.
Where we ship
We ship to most countries, with these exceptions:
- Yoga mats ship to the United States and Canada only.
- Art prints and candles ship within the United States only.
If an item can’t be shipped to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.
How long it takes
- Production: most orders ship within 2–7 business days.
- Delivery: about 2–5 business days within the US, and 10–30 business days to other countries.
Holidays and busy seasons can add a few days. Production can’t be rushed, and we don’t offer guaranteed delivery dates. If you order several items, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country, aren’t included in our prices or shipping rates, and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Address changes
Please check your address carefully. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible; we can update it until your order goes into production. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-sent at your cost.
Late or lost parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping (45 days for international orders), email us and we’ll look into it with the carrier and our print partner, and replace it if it’s lost.
