This one is printed edge to edge with Meadow — hand-drawn ferns, eucalyptus and grasses growing in from both ends in deep sage, soft sage and bone. The middle is left open, so the part you actually lie on stays calm and the pattern frames you instead of shouting under your face. Out on the floor it reads as something you chose, not something you own.
What you are getting, precisely
- 24″ × 72″ (61 × 183 cm) — full length, so a 6′ frame still has mat under both heels in downward dog.
- Microfibre suede top. It drinks sweat instead of beading it, so the grip gets better in a warm room, not worse.
- Natural rubber base. Grips a wooden floor and stays where you put it through a standing sequence.
- 3 mm (0.12″) thick. Light to carry, easy to roll.
- Edge-to-edge print in crisp detail — no white border, no logo on the corner.
The honest part about 3 mm
Three millimetres is a travel-weight mat. It is superb for flow, standing work, stretching and anything where you want to feel the floor. It is not a knee-saver: for long kneeling work or hip openers on a hard floor, lay it over a rug or double a towel under your knees. We would rather tell you that now than read it in a review later.

For you if you stretch at home, you are tired of looking at black foam, and you want the mat to earn its place in a room you sit in.
Not for you if you need a 6 mm cushion for knee work, or you practise outdoors in full sun — direct sunlight fades any printed mat, including this one.
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap, then air-dry flat or rolled loosely, print side out. No machine washing, no tumble drying, and keep it out of direct sunlight so the sage stays sage.
