Low Tide Light Art Print

There’s a wall in your place you’ve stopped seeing. Above the dresser, maybe, or the stretch beside the door. You keep meaning to deal with it, and a year goes by with the paint still the only thing on it.

Low Tide Light is a botanical art print built for exactly that wall. Soft coastal greens and washed light, printed large enough to read from across the room and quiet enough to live with every day. It doesn’t shout. It gives your eye somewhere to land.

What you are getting

• Museum-grade archival matte poster, 189 g/m² — heavy stock that hangs flat and does not ripple or bow inside a clip frame the way thin poster paper does.
• Pigmented archival inks — pigment, not dye. The greens stay green instead of drifting toward yellow after a season near a bright window.
• Matte surface — no mirror-glare from a ceiling light or a lamp, so you can read the print from the sofa, not just straight on.
• Two sizes: 12×18 in and 18×24 in — 12×18 sits well above a nightstand or a desk; 18×24 is the one that anchors a bed, a sofa or an empty hallway.
• Unframed — you choose the frame, which is how the print ends up matching your room instead of fighting it.

The honest part about an unframed botanical art print

No frame, no mat, no hanging hardware in the tube. That’s the trade. A $28.99 print in a $9 plastic clip frame reads as a $9 plastic clip frame, so budget another $20 to $40 for something with a real lip and a mat. If you want art that’s ready to hang the same afternoon, buy framed and skip this.

There are two sizes, and that’s it. If you have a wall that needs 24×36 to feel filled, this isn’t the print for it. Matte paper also absorbs light rather than bouncing it, so the colors read a little softer in your hallway than they do on a backlit screen. That softness is the point. You should still know it before you open the tube.

Framing and building a wall set

Both sizes are standard US frame sizes, so there’s no hunting for custom work. A 12×18 floated inside an 18×24 frame with a mat gives you a gallery look for the price of a mat board. For the set-of-three arrangement people search for, order two or three prints in the same size and hang them with 2 to 3 inches between frames, centered at eye level — roughly 57 inches to the middle of the group.

Who this is for

For anyone who wants calm, plant-led color on the wall and is willing to pick a frame to get it right. Not for anyone who needs oversized art, or who ships outside the United States, since we ship within the US only.

Care

Handle by the edges with dry hands. Dust the face with a dry cloth, never a damp one. Keep it off a wall that takes direct afternoon sun, and store any spare flat rather than rolled.

Tomorrow that dead wall has something on it worth looking up at. Shipping is free across the United States: 2-7 business days to print, then 2-5 in transit. If it arrives misprinted or damaged, send one photo within 14 days and we replace it. Pick your size and add it to the cart.
