You finish the last hold, sit up, and your body is quieter than your head. The breath worked. The thinking didn’t stop. That gap between the end of a session and the rest of your day is where most of what you noticed gets lost: the hip that felt different, the thought that surfaced at minute six, the thing you decided you were finally going to do.
The Breathing Room journal is for that ten minutes. It’s a botanical hardcover journal sized to sit next to your mat rather than on a desk, with a full wraparound print that runs front to spine to back, so the thing you reach for looks like part of the practice instead of office supply.
What you are getting
- 150 lined pages. Enough for roughly five months of daily pages, or a year if you write after sessions. You’ll finish it, which is the point of a journal.
- 5.75 x 8 inches. Wider than a pocket notebook, so a full sentence fits on one line. Small enough to slide beside a water bottle in a gym bag without bending a corner.
- Matte hardcover. No glare under overhead studio lights, and it doesn’t turn into a fingerprint gallery the way gloss does.
- Casewrap binding. The printed cover is wrapped around the board, so the design has no seam at the edges and the spine holds its shape when the book lives in a bag.
- Full wraparound Breathing Room print. The botanical artwork continues across the back cover, so it reads as one piece when it sits closed on a shelf.
- Lined ruling throughout. Built for words: reflections, session notes, what your body told you. Not for sketching or habit grids.

The honest part about this botanical hardcover journal
There’s a small production barcode printed on the back cover. It’s part of how these get made, and it doesn’t come off. If you want a cover with nothing on it but artwork, this will bother you every time you set the book down.
Two more things. A casewrap hardcover doesn’t lie perfectly flat when you first open it, so expect to press the spine for the first week or two before it relaxes. And the pages are lined, full stop. If you want dot grid for drawing, a ribbon marker, an elastic closure or a back pocket for loose paper, buy a journal that lists those. This one is a cover, a spine and 150 lined pages done carefully.
Who this is for
For you if you already stretch, breathe or train and want the ten minutes afterward to leave a record. Not for you if you need a planner, a bullet journal grid, or something you can throw in a bag unprotected for years.
Care
Wipe the matte cover with a dry cloth. Keep it out of standing water. Board covers warp once and stay warped.
Tomorrow you’ll remember what your body told you today, because you wrote it down instead of trusting your memory. Shipping is free across the United States. Printing takes 2-7 business days, then 2-5 days in transit. If it arrives misprinted or damaged, send one photo within 14 days and we replace it. Add it to your cart and start the first page after your next session.
